At about 2am we crossed into Denmark on the Helsingborg – Helsingor ferry, which was only 15 minutes.
Disaster. After a good sleep, I awoke to find that the other guys had destroyed my kettle. That could have been a show-stopper! This is the second time in as many trips with Mac, that this has happened! I’m going to start charging him for all the kettles that his projects break! A new system is being devised as we speak.
No tea…..No trip, I’m going home!
Germany was long and arduous – well, bloody boring really! But we best get used to it as we have to cross even more of it on the actual run to Cape Town.
Will snored through the building site of Zurich – what an absolute dump of a place. I can’t believe that they decided to dig up the whole city in one go – and we had to pay 30 quid per car for motorway tax! Cheeky buggers!
